YOU MUST HAVE PAID FOR THE CLINIC TO BE CONSIDERED A REGISTERED PARTICIPANT.
SPECTATORS FOR CLINICS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND AT NO COST.

Please call or email Cindy (587-986-1535) to see if there is space in the clinic you wish to attend, to provide your proof of insurance, or if you have any questions about 2024 clinics.

Clinic participant spots are first come, first served. You must have proof of current Alberta Equestrian Federation Insurance.

Your registration is not confirmed until your payment has cleared and proof of Alberta Equestrian Federation Insurance has been confirmed.

Proof of insurance not required for clinics without a horse (classroom clinics) or spectators.
No post-date cheques or spots held without full payment.
No refunds after registration deadline unless a vacancy can be filled.

We appreciate horses attending are healthy and up to date worming, shots and farrier. Please withdraw if your horse is sick or has been in contact with sick horses within 3 weeks prior to clinic. Waivers are required at most facilities.

*spectators are allowed to attend any of the riding clinics at no charge
*no food is provided at any of these clinics unless specified so bring your own lunch
**unless otherwise noted, any clinic not meeting it’s minimum participant level by deadline will be cancelled.
